Vendor applications open August 1st!
Welcome Vendors, Food Trucks, Readers, Covens and communities!
We are looking for great vendors to spend the evening with us and share their wears, skills, community, food and more with the Denver Witches’ Ball. The event is from 5pm – midnight on Saturday October 25th. We are looking for 12 readers, 30 vendors, and 4 food trucks.
- Vendor and readers spots are $110 each
- VIP Vendor $175
- Food Trucks $200
- Banners and ads start at $75
About Vending in Our Magickal Marketplace
Find Something Magickal
Our Vendors set up in the the Magickal Marketplace, a space for guests to find magickal and amazing items. We are looking for witchy and magickal vendors who want to spread their conjuring, creating, and crafting at the Ball!
Vendor Spaces are equivalent to an 6ft banquette table (6 x 2.5 ft). These are cozy space where the table is provided for you. We encourage you to build up on the table to create your displays creating a magickal atmosphere. This is a limited space so please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or fill out the application below!
Food Trucks!
We are excited to welcome back food food trucks this year! We are looking for 4 unique food trucks to serve our guests!
About Being a Reader at Our Psychic Fair
Our Psychic Fair is in a mystical Masonic Lodge Room on the second floor. This is an amazing room in itself, and we fill it with psychic, mediums, and readers. This space also allows for 2 aura photographers. Here tables are also provided offering more intimate space to talk, read, and connect.

Want to Advertise at the Ball?
Banner Ad Space Available
Website banner ads are available to anyone, regardless of whether you are vending at the Ball or not! These are banner ads displayed on all pages, including home and registration. These will be seen by all those who visit the website!
Physical Banner Ads
These year we will offer Ad Banners will be hung at the Ticket Booth, Info Booth, and near the Stage. These are a great opportunity to show off your business, organization, or group with the 100’s of attendees of the night!
