Join us for a a metamorphic ritual focusing on positive affirmations to make change! We will build our caterpillars with positivity manifesting growth and leaving with a unique surprise from the cauldron

Metamorphosis Craft: Spooky Hand Puppets
Watch your imagination transform! In this hands-on craft, kids will explore creativity and transformation by turning simple construction paper into spooky hand puppets. Choose from a witch, vampire, bat, cat, or monster — then bring your creation to life with googly eyes, colorful details, and plenty of personality. Perfect for little makers ready to get into the spirit of Samhain!

Notes for the adults… All supplies for Samhain crafts provided. Younger children need adult supervision.

An important note about kids at the Denver Witches’ Ball:

Children are encouraged to attend and enjoy the Denver Witches’ Ball. We have specific events early in the evening so that they can still make bedtime. There will be a Best Kids Costume contest and plenty of music to dance to in the Ballroom. There will be activities specific to the 2-14 crowd from 6-8pm.

Covenant of the River and the volunteers at the Denver Witches’ Ball are looking forward to sharing the evening with you and your family. We do ask that you pay attention to your child’s needs and recognize that many small people cannot handle too many hours of this level of stimulation. Please consider bringing your kiddos to the earlier portion of the Denver Witches’ Ball to enjoy the festivities geared towards them.
